I went to the Precious Blood Center last evening for the celebration of the winter solstice. It was beautiful. Fr. Joe Nassal’s talk was excellent as always and the trip to the center of the labyrinth was a meditation itself.

They concluded the service with a simple supper of chili in a cup with shredded cheese in a baggie and of course home made cookies as well. Good idea for a gathering at St. James! We can still get together and observe the pandemic protocol.
