It is scapes season. Vist the garden this week to pick garlic’s edible flower stock. Scapes are tasty stir fried, in pesto, or as a replacement for garlic cloves. This Saturday from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm, we are planting sweet potatoes, onions, and native plants.

East Garden: Kale, Arugula, Radishes, Lettuce, Mustard, and Turnips
South Garden: Scapes
