Last Saturday we started planting our fall crops, kale and beets. Meanwhile butternut squash is now ready to be picked but tomatoes are still taking their sweet time to ripen. This week the following are ready to pick:
Troost39 Backdoor Center Bed: Basil and Parsley
South Garden
-Beds 4 – 7: Butternut Squash
-Beds 14 and 15: Peppers
-Beds 16 – 18: Tomatoes (if you are lucky)
-Bed 20: Eggplant
-Trellises at the end of 15, 18, and 20: Long Beans
East Garden – Kale, Collards, Swiss Chard, and Sweet Potato Leaves
