In addition, the availability of the livestream Sunday Mass is for those who may be pregnant, parents of unvaccinated children, immunocompromised and unvaccinated individuals. Here is the link to the livestream: Facebook Page of St. James Midtown KC. Recording of the livestreamed Mass can be accessed at – https://stjkc.org/sundays-at-st-james.

  • May we invite those who can attend the Sunday Mass in-person to join us in the celebration of the Holy Eucharist in St. James KC. Masks in St. James are recommended.

    • The St. James Youth Group invites the youth and children of St. James to come to Mass next Sunday, October 30, in Halloween costumes. Treat bags will be distributed at the 5th Sunday Celebration in the Marian Hall.
    • October is Respect Life Month. As it comes to a close, you are invited to join members of St. Francis Xavier for a retreat on Saturday, October 29, 2022 from 8:30 am-12:00 noon in the BVM Room at St. Francis Xavier.

Benedictine Sister Anne Shepard and Sister Barbara McCracken will weave together topics of abortion, gun violence and the death penalty, war and nuclear disarmament, and euthanasia under the teaching of the Seamless Garment.

RSVP’s to Sue Robb (srobb@sfx-kc.org) are helpful, but not necessary. Refreshments will be served.

    Have a blessed weekend!
